By accessing or using the Water-Bugs website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices at the time of purchase confirmation are binding.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept major credit/debit cards and EFT.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or factors outside our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Returns Policy. Items must be in original, unused condition. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of return receipt.
Water-Bugs liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Water-Bugs products must always be used under adult supervision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
