If you're not completely happy with your Water-Bugs purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Products that have been used in water or show signs of wear are not eligible unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost, including covering return shipping.
Email us at returns@water-bugs.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.
