If you're not completely happy with your Water-Bugs purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a refund or exchange for unused items in their original packaging. If there's a manufacturing fault, you're covered by the standard 6-month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act, regardless of use.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Products that have been used in water or show signs of wear are not eligible unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If it develops a fault within 6 months of delivery, contact us with photos as well. We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost, including covering return shipping.
Email us at sales@water-bugs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
