1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the Water-Bugs(referred to as “Product”) through our online store. By purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Order Acceptance

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.

3.2. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3.3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering using our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We offer shipping within South Africa and to selected international destinations.

4.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the Product is unused and in its original packaging.

5.2. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a return authorization.

5.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

6. Warranty

6.1. The Water-Bugs is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

6.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

7.3 Water-Bugs cannot be held responsible for any accident in regards to negligence & no adult supervision.

8.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

8.2. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
